These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Sawary Trading LLC ("Company," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of BS Inspector, including the Chrome Extension, website, and all related services. By creating an account or using BS Inspector in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

BS Inspector is an AI-powered Chrome Extension that analyzes product pages and generates a "BS Score" based on publicly available user reviews and forum discussions. The service uses Google Gemini AI for analysis and the Google Custom Search API to source information from Reddit, forums, and other public platforms.

Important Disclaimer: The BS Score is an AI-generated aggregation of public opinions and does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or purchasing advice. Always conduct your own due diligence before making purchasing decisions.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

3. Credits & Subscription Plans

Access to BS Inspector analysis features requires Credits. Subscription plans are billed monthly. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. One-time credit top-up purchases never expire.

4. Payments, Billing & No-Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.

No-Refund Policy: All purchases—including subscription plans and one-time credit top-ups—are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that BS Inspector is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to reverse-engineer the extension, circumvent rate limits, create multiple accounts for free credits, or use automated scripts to access the service.

6. Intellectual Property

BS Inspector and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Sawary Trading LLC. All rights reserved.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

We are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or services linked through or surfaced by BS Inspector.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BS Inspector is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sawary Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sawary Trading LLC.

14. SMS/Mobile Messaging Program

By opting into BS Inspector’s mobile messaging service, you agree to receive transactional and promotional text messages from us. This may include account notifications, trial credit reminders, and special updates.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the message "STOP", we will send you a confirmation reply. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Support: For help, text "HELP" or email [email protected].
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and credit usage.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.
